SNEHALATA MEMORIAL FOUNDATION currently accepts the Donations for various charitable purposes. Donations / payments once made are strictly non-refundable. Please Note: For all donations/payments made through the site, the acceptance of the same is at the sole discretion of the SNEHALATA MEMORIAL FOUNDATION management and its trustees.
Students and parents are required to provide accurate information. Any discrepancies discovered at any stage of the student’s association with SNEHALATA MEMORIAL FOUNDATION may result in legal action, including but not limited to the student’s expulsion from the institute. In such cases, no refund of fees, claims, compensation, or damages will be provided.

Undertaking for Midway Exit
Should a student leave the institute before completing the full course for any reason—such as the transfer of a parent/legal guardian, illness, admission to another institute/college, or cancellation of the studentship due to misconduct—neither the student nor their parent/guardian will be entitled to any refund of fees.
Once a student has joined a specific study centre or program, they will not be entitled to transfer to another centre or program, nor will they be eligible for a refund of fees. However, SNEHALATA MEMORIAL FOUNDATION may consider requests for program changes if the student is deemed eligible for a higher course, subject to the payment of any fee difference.

Non-Refundable Fees
Fees paid are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. They are also not transferable or adjustable against any other current or future courses at SNEHALATA MEMORIAL FOUNDATION, nor transferable to another student.
60 % of Studio booking charges is payable at the time of booking . Such advance will be forfeited in case of artists fail to use the studio as per given schedule. Booking can be cancelled in at least 3 days prior to scheduled date. At such event a cancellation charge which is 50% of the booking advance will be levied by SNEHALATA MEMORIAL FOUNDATION.
